Initially coming from a technical and scientific background, I started my career as a Data Scientist. Very quickly I realized that technology alone can’t help a business navigate in a journey full of uncertainties and obscurities. What matters the most, is where and how we use these technologies to manifest our vision. After nearly 10 years working in different product/project leadership roles leading AI-driven growth, I found myself thriving in what I do: to empower business leaders with a practical understanding of innovative technologies so they can lead the team to achieve their business vision.

 

Having an innate entrepreneurship, I decided to serve visionary business executives as a fractional AI strategy partner. I accompany my clients by leading and coaching the senior managers to implement AI solutions within the business blueprint, set up challenging but achievable goals, and align the development with the objectives. I provide holistic and objective views to the development work, identify issues, form strategies and help my clients avoid costly mistakes.
